The formation of NRG started in the year 2000, designed to inspire a fresh and natural way of life for the new millennium. Our goal was to combined positive healthy living advice with functional personal training techniques and remedial massage to aid the quality of life for all. And so the journey begins…

 

Over the years continuous development of skills and knowledge within the Health and Fitness Industry and the Natural Medicine Society has lead to the growth of a diverse background to encompass coaching, instructing and training to all those that wish to pursue a balance for life.

 

 

During our career we have had the opportunity to give talks on Health Care techniques at various conventions including Network at Melbourne and Filex in Sydney and work along side many reputable health care professionals, as well as many elite athletes including:

 

- National Malaysian Athletes in 2002

- The 2004 Australia Olympic Sprint Cycling team Professional Circus Performers

- AFL and SANFL Umpires 2007

- Current Adelaide 36er’s Men’s Basketball Team 2007

- Adelaide Thunder Birds Netball Team 2007

- Current State Swimmers Local Body Builders

- And a number of Super league Soccer Teams and female SA State Teams

 

The qualifications of our massage practitioners and personal trainers include B.A. of Social Science Recreation and Human Movement, Diploma of Remedial Massage, Certificate IV in Massage, Certificate IV in Fitness, and Les Mill’s Pro Instructor along with a wealth of industry experience.
