Consultation
All new clients we require an initial consultation appointment that can take up to an hour. This allows our NRG therapist to
discuss your treatment with you and answer any questions or queries you may have.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill in your health history form this way we can maximise your treatment time.
Treatments are tailored to each individual and can be a combination of therapies based on your requirements and preferences.

Way to Pay
Please note there are no eftpos facilities. Payments are strictly cash. Gift Vouchers are available.
Special Discounts
Pensioners and people under 16 years of age will receive a 10% discount on all services. Concession cards must be shown at time of payment.
Health Fund Rebates and Work Cover Approved
Health fund rebates may apply as we are health fund provider approved. Please contact your health fund provider specific services and rebates.
We are also WorkCover accredited for Remedial Massage and Exercise Physiology.
Cancellation Policy
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to rearrange or cancel your appointment.
If you have to rearrange or cancel your appointment within 24 hours, then a charge of 50% of the cost of that appointment will be made. If we have to rearrange or cancel your appointment we will give you as much notice as possible, but if that notice is less than 24 hours then your new appointment will be discounted by 50%.
