NRG Fitness Programs
We request that each new client completes a 'Client Information Form' provided by NRG, which myst be filled-in before the session commences.
All sessions are carefully designed to ensure safety is at the forefront of every training session, everyday. Training sessions includes funcional exercises, with a combination of core stability, body strength and cardiovascular training. Not forgetting the importance of stretching out the muscular system and rehydrating the body as well.
Other advantages of training with NRG are the Group Activity Day's, where we as a team enjoy various activities together. This builds team character and team relationships.
