Techniques may include myofascial release therapy, cranio sacral therapy, artho-neural myofaciliation, hot stone massage, Thai massage stretches and corrective exercises.
Therapeutic Massage
Flowing and rhythmical techniques that create a state of relaxation and revitalisation of the mind, body and soul. It includes aromatic oils in harmonic surroundings.
Sports Massage
Includes deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy and Thai massage stretching techniques. Ideal for injury prevention and preparation for an event or recovery from demanding training programs and events.
Deep Tissue Massage
Specific massage techniques focusing on restoring the range of motion and pliability of over worked or dysfunctional muscles.
Trigger Point therapy
The release of hypersensitive points which cause pain and dysfunctions within the muscle. It helps to restore ‘normal’ function of the muscular system.

Tremendous changes take place during pregnancy and massage can help to relax the mother to be and relieve much of the discomfort and stress experienced.
Cupping
A painless procedure that applies cups to the skin to promote the removal of toxins and excess fluid from areas of pain and tightness, while increasing blood flow to muscles.
Dry Needling
This direct technique inserts needles into hypersensitive muscles to release trigger points and muscular dysfunctions. It is not acupuncture.
Post Surgical Massage
Promotes the healing process of the wound by increasing circulation and lymphatic drainage. Also aids in mobilising the affected area to decrease formation of scar tissue and adhesions.
Hot Stone Massage
